That's not data; it's a review article.  This abstract is the authors'
interpretation of the data.  But it's definitely one worth reading, since
it should contain ample references to the actual research.  I'll see if I
can get a copy of the article, so we can see the science behind this
interpretation.  It's interesting that most of the foods mentioned in the
abstract are not paleo.
