The site is about the work of Polish doctor Jan Kwasniewski. I ordered both
of his books, "Homo Optimus" and "Optimal Nutrition", from the publisher in
Poland and found them worthwhile. They are not paleo but he has done amazing
things with his patients by restricting carbs and emphasizing saturated
fats. And as one would expect the Polish medical establishment hated him.
But what do you expect; how much money can be made by recomending a change
in diet as opposed to cutting and drugs?

Partially because of these books my standard breakfast is 6 eggs.

Chuck
