Hey, you know what? I've read this or another article very similar to it.
For years I bought into the hype of drenching your insides with water,
taking water everywhere I went (an inconvenience at times) and always having
to pee (also an inconvenience at times). But I always had in the back of my
mind the thought that it wasn't quite natural. And I wasn't always thirsty,
I just did it cuz *you're supposed to, it's healthy*. Lately, I've been
only drinking water when I'm thirsty, but I still get maybe 4 or 5 glasses
in a day. And that works for me.
