Does anyone know of any studies that look at the
amount of saturated fat consumed by particular
communities? I know that there are books that discuss
cholesterol which is not so much what I am interested
in. I have read books where authors reason that
eating higher saturated fat can be good, but I have
not seen any studies which look at longevity and
saturated fat consumption. Does anyone know of any
books that discuss communities of people derive most
of their energy from saturated fat and longevity or
disease?

MIke
