Hi Clelia,
  I suffer anemia and my
>ferrotin level is also very, very low; doctor's can't understand why.

These are two symptoms of celiac disease.

> My
>monthly flow are very light (2 -3 days), I was told that I could be bleeding
>internally, how can I when I don't have any evidence of it?

Once you are on the paleodiet for a while everything will self-regulate. My
period is about 4-5 days max since going paleo and less painful; less
emotional.

> I was also told
>that I am a celiac, with IBS now I wonder if their diagnose is correct

The anemia and low ferrotin levels are indicative of a correct diagnosis.
Celiac IS Irritable Bowel Syndrome but with a gluten free solution.

> or
>the main problem is not having enough stomach acid to digest and absorb the
>protein/food(s) vitamin and minerals I eat.

Gluten causes this. Please go to www.celiac.com to read about absorption.

>Has anyone on this list had/have this problem?

yes. hidden gluten is everywhere. Eat a la Neanderthin watching for grains
in meat and eggs.

> If so how did you deal with
>it? Since I went on the paleo diet my problem hasn't changed I still have
>the same health problems

how long have you been paleo?

> OR I should say it has slightly improved but not
>much. Has anyone had any experience in taking the Hydrocloric acid? Did it
>help you? I am taking the vitamin B Complex, but will it be enough?

I have added problems using supplements.

>I
>don't want to go to my doctor

this would add problems too

> to have more tests done

Besides X rays, laboratory tests of all persuasions are subject to the
grossest sort of error. The Centres for Disease Control and Prevention in
Atlanta, Georgia, studied a representative sampling of laboratories all
over the US and found that about a quarter of all tests had incorrect
results. - from What Your Doctors Don't Tell You by Lynne McTaggart

I have had muchos problemas with hidden gluten. If you tell me what you
eat, maybe I can find some gluten in your diet?

All the best,
Susan
