I've been wanting to make some pemmican since I first read NeanderThin back
in mid-May, but I just haven't found the time to try it yet, and I don't know
if I'm likely to anytime soon.

I looked around on EatWild.com but didn't find anyone who sells ready-made
pemmican.  Do any of you know of anyone who sells pemmican (and would ship
it?  I live in Austin, Texas.)  Or, how about any of you, my pemmican-making
Paleo-friends out there, anyone want to go into business making and shipping
pemmican?  I could be your first customer.
