There is nothing allowed or forbidden. Paleodiet is not made up by some
guru that will put You off if You don't follow the rules.
You will have to collect information about what can be "natural food"
for Homo Sapiens, and then decide Yourself what to eat and not.
This approach is also a good start for the psychosocial part of a
paleo lifestyle (which may be just as important).
