I may suggest you to go directly to

Here you can get an overview of your composition with little effort.
You have to decide how fat you peaces were (quite differing).
I've tried a little, leaving out your
few selected vegetable +fruit items (these may hardly influence
kcal and protein much, but just include them).

My private paleo critic on the resulting list below:

Energy with 4600 kcal is much too high even for sportsmen.
1000% of protein RDA - i better not comment this - it is disputed here.

The meat quality of the chicken breast seems to be
paleo-like (not so fat, and not too high in saturated fat).
From the other two meats, i used one very lean variety, though:

The high saturated fat part of 41% (80g per day) is a killer.
I mean that literally.

No long term paleo animal will have had such high
fat percentages, so high in saturated fat.
