the question is not not to ask if salt is paleo or not but how it can be
paleo ,mineral salt has been allways more or less available to hominids and
humans ( ocean shores , inland deposits ) .
now the hasbit of putting powdered salts into dishes can be expected to be
quite recent .
when peoples eat by instinct one food at the time they eat salt like
everything else by itself /doing so it is so clear to any taste buds to know
when salt is needed and when it is not as it tastes sweet when in need and
no feeling of sharp taste is felt .
when salt is sprinkled on a food .It is guaranteed you will eat more of
both ( the salt and the food ). than if you were eating them separatelly
when the urge of eating them is there .
