Excellent post..... I'm *usually* in bed for the night by 10:30p.m., asleep
within minutes and sleep 7 1/2 to 8 hours. It varies a few minutes here and
there but for the most part, I get eight hours of sleep, I don't crave carbs
at night and I have to eat within the first two hours of waking up. I have
noticed that I get hungry about two hours after supper if I don't eat enough
fat with my meal. Fish for supper is not enough of a protein to last me and
I have to eat nuts and avocado with it or I'll eat again and get to bed
later, beef satisfies me greatly as does poultry, lamb, pork and eggs.

 after reading Lights Out
 It would be
interesting to do a survey -- even if just the people on this list -- re the
connection between time, duration and quality of sleep.
