Is there any reason not to eat pumpkin on a paleo diet? It seems I read
somewhere that winter squashes should be limited, but I can't find that
reference. (I'm not even sure that pumpkin is a "winter squash") If it's
an ok vegetable, I thought I'd try baking it mixed with a little apple and
spices for an occasional treat. I'm one month into a paleo diet, and am
loving it, but still have a lot to learn. Thanks for your help

Becky
