Hi Folks.

I'm looking for a source of organic, free-range pork and
lard. I'm in western Pennsylvania, so anything in the east
or mid-west is okay. I know of a place in Texas, but their
site is down and they haven't answered my emails.

For those of you looking for boar, Polarica in California
sells it but gouges you on the shipping and Goodheart in
Texas sells it but they gouge you on the price by calling it
gourmet. (Heavens - what's a caveperson to do? And all
this talk of gouging is making me want to go out and kill
something for breakfast ;-)

Polarica has a great wild boar bacon, but I'd heard mention
that bacon may contain gluten. Can anyone tell me in what
form? And for those items that are naturally smoked and
salted, where would the gluten be in them?

Thanks all,

Lois
