Thank you. More clumsily, but I got the sqiurrel completely
dressed. Because it was a head shot, and I was careful dressing, the
squirrel does not stink at all. I washed off all the hair. I kept the
meat, the liver, the lungs and the heart, the rest of entrails I fed
to the chickens.

A paleodiet-related observation is that this squirrel is extremely
lean and lowfat. Maybe 3-5% fat percentage is what is left after
skinning.

Anyhow, now is time to cook it and I am looking for suggestions asap.
