I've also enjoyed trying new things at the ethnic sections of Whole Foods.
For example, there is a very nice brand of Kimchee (vinegar free) called
Sunja's -- 2 varieties -- mild white kimchee and medium spicy radish
kimchee. Unfortunately, that brand doesn't make a super spicy -- but one
can simply add chili powder to the medium spicy.

There is also a variety of seaweeds in the Asian sections -- great
additions to just about everying. Get creative and make roll-ups with nori
filled with meat, fish or veggies.
