No, actually I'm not, but I was under the impression that you had good
plasma lipids from an earlier post of yours.

I was wishing to see if a vegetarian diet (at least in terms of consumption
of flax and other seed oils) resulted in a good plasma lipid profile.

Maybe someone on the list can give us an assessment?
