Thanks for the reply, Todd.

I had incorporated cinnamon in my diet almost daily, but I do not have a
blood glucose monitor.  My last fasting glucose was 90, and I eat low carb
paleo, keeping my carbs a little below 72.  After what you wrote about
cinnamon I don't want to keep taking it.

I intend to try the vinegar myself.  I have red vinegar on hand, and I drank
2 tablespoons straight.  It was not bad - sweeter than I thought it would
be, probably because I don't eat sugar so sour things don't taste as sour to
me as they would have in the "old days".  I do not drink alcohol so that is
not an option for me.
