If I may suggest, try eating 1-2 servings of fruit and more vegetables. I
try to keep meat and fat to 1/3 daily intake.

far enough.

Ben,

there is an idea. I don't suppose that I follow the
paleodiet in all its proportions. I honestly don't
know if I am Ketogenic very often. I eat lots of
fruit in the order of around 10 servings or so/day.
But wouldn't call it low fat either. I did follow a
"Biblical" diet (similar to paleo minus the fat and
protien)for a long time that was low fat and high
carb, but it included grains. I must say I feel much
better getting the fat and also higher protien.
