True, but this is a Paleolithic diet mailing list. We don't eat any grains
at all here. They are Neolithic foods, or in other words, foods that were
introduced during the era of farming.

If you want to discuss alternative grains I suggest you subscribe to the
celiac mailing list. Discussing these grains is off-topic here.
