This just reminded me. I found a product recently called
'Duck Rillette' (it might have an 's' at the end too).
Made by D'Artagnan (sp?). It's cooked duck meat mixed
with duck fat (probably about 50-50, but there is no
nutritional info). Besides that they put in carrots (but
such small amounts that I couldn't perceive any), onions,
salt and spices. Overall, it looks like just duck meat
and rendered duck fat. Basically premade cooked duck
pemmican. Very tasty. Unfortunately rather expensive too.
Usual price at Bread and Circus is $20/lb. Does anyone
know more about this product and possibly a cheaper source
for it?

Thanks
Ilya
