I just plain old get hungry again after eating fish - for ANYTHING - not
just carbs.

This is provided I have ever been able to fill up on fish at a meal at
all without tons of carbs. I find seafood impossible to "fill up" on.

I guess I am a direct descendent of those who invented the "fish course"
and decided to follow it with a real meat course right after.

:)

Speaking of fish, does anyone else on the list get carb yearnings about
a
hour after eating fish. It never fails with me, before two hours is up
I
want something like a sweet potato but not really hungry. I hate
that....
