The test showed I do not react to walnuts but do react to olives. Of the
short list of items that I supposedly react to, the ones that would be very
tough to eliminate for 3 months are beef and olives/olive oil. Olive oil
and macadamia nut oil are the only oils I can make salad dressing with.
All others are far too high in Omega 6. Also, there are several non-paleo
type foods such as cow's milk and corn that definitely make me feel like
hell which this test claims I do not react to. I took this test about 2
years ago and got very different results than the latest test despite
eating a similar diet. I'm still thinking I got ripped off or perhaps the
fact that one's cells react to something on a given day does not
necessarily mean that symptoms will be manifested.
