Just wanted to toss in my "numbers"...I had my levels checked April 25, 2002
and here's what I had....

Triglycerides - 35
HDL - 76
LDL -104

Total cholesterol-187

I had a full panel of bloodwork done...everything came out in the so called
"normal" range except for potassium, oddly enough, it was elevated. Dr. said
to stop taking potassium containing supplements.

At the time I was on a moderately low carb diet and I exercise 6 days a week,
emphasis on weight training, some cardio.
