Sally Fallon and Mary Enig sometimes mention both in the same breath,
although coconut oil seems to get the preferential treatment.

My dad is from the island of Guam where coconuts are plenty. I remember
growing up that he'd buy them and we'd feast on fresh coconut. He'd drink
the milk himself, though! My mother, being German, would never use it in
cooking. But I always remember my father eating plenty of meat, and always
eating the fat and telling us it's good for us. He's 71 and in very good
health, gets around pretty darn good, too.
