While weeding my lawn yesterday, pulling these nice
green leaves, I got to wondering if they were edible.
I believe they are plantain (not the banana like
fruit, at least it does not grow fruit here in Indiana
;-)
The leaves are green with a tall stem with a plump end
grows out of the middle. Does anyone know if they are
edible? I would hate to think that I already threw
away enough for at least 2 huge salads.
Thanks for any help
Jane
