Mike, I have driven by Dave Hayes operation more times than I can count.
Next time, if the open sign is posted, I'll stop in and buy a package to
try! Thanks for the suggestion!! BTW, this place is less than 10 miles from
my home!

Hi Dori,

I am a tireless booster of bison - the meat and the animal too - and you
can get bison burger from Dave Hayes over in Milliken
(http://www.info2000.net/~bison/products/meat.htm) for about $3.60 a pound,
in pound packages. If I were there in Colorado, I'd never look at beef. The
best I can do locally is about $6.00 a pound.
