Yes--I do agree, though despite the fact that I'm including fruit, my acne
is still going away.  And it did the other couple times that I changed my
diet in a very similar way.  Actually, now that I think about it, my berry
smoothie only had about 3/4 cup berries, and I only had a couple small
pieces of watermelon, so it wasn't all that much fruit.  My acne is
moderate, not severe, so maybe just cutting out all the bread and potatoes
that I love so much is making enough of an effect for me.
