You may want to look up the many Apache photos that were taken in the late
19th Century in Arizona and New Mexico, USA.   The people were rather small,
wiry, strong.  The men actually went completely naked in the winter snow at
times.  Just think....we all used to be that healthy at one time in our
past.

I live in NM and go up to the Mescalero Apache reservation a couple of times
ea. year.  I usually think about "diet"...    The Navajos used to be
beautiful people but so many are now obese, dealing with diabetes, etc.
