No - the milk changes to benefit the new born. Colostrum is produced
after the birth and the milk has the correct composition - my daughter
[2 and a half at the time]  tried feeding after my son was born and her
response was Yuk! This was despite being frequently breastfed right up
until immediately  before the  delivery!
