Yes, and can you imagine how all the other ones would laugh their heads off.
Besides, what happens in our body, physical and psychological if we do a lot
of unnecessary running? Would it think that we were hunted by something
dangerous, or? And how healthy is that? That Tom och Tim jogging guru -
didn't he die when running? At the age of 50+?
