Tahini is wonderful, and paleo.  A very good paleo salad dressing is made by
mixing Tahini, garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice (salt, etc. to
taste).  One of the very few useful recipes I learned when working in a
vegetarian cafe collective. (eek)
