I tried some food items availabe in paleolithic,
early neolithic and modern times.
The ratio from potatoes (cooked resp. raw)
gave the information that a ratio of 5.0 is sufficient
to burn these carbs, and 2.5 is insufficient.

Thia(min) is Vitamin B1.
Thia/carb k is the Ratio mg Thiamin per 1000g of carbohydrate.
Deer and Rabbit are listed with zero carbs, but with
B1, and may in this way balance out deficiencies from other foods.

Carbohydrate amounts less than 180g per day (=720 kcal) should
be consedired like 180g because this is the amount the body has
to convert to glucose for the brain and blood cells (from protein).

Note on human milk: human milk contains insufficient vitamin b1 to
burn the carbohydrates inside the milk (factor 1.45 is < 2.5 ).
After that babies don't have any other vitamin source than milk
this is a hint, that not all carbs of the milk (lactose) are
intended to be burnt by the baby. Maxbe some part is intended
to support the babies' symbiont bacteria.
Or some amount of this is intended to be converted to fat.
