        Greetings all. I just subscribed to this list recently and enjoy
it quite a bit. I haven't yet made the switch to the paleolithic diet
because I have a few questions before I start.

        Firstly, where might I find recipes? I've read _NeanderThin_ and
perused the recipes in the back, but I'd like to have more on hand to keep
my diet varied.  I noticed that Dr. & Virginia Atkins have a cookbook out;
the recipes there have a much lower incidence of dairy and grains in them
than in my other cookbooks. Has anyone tried adapting these to this diet?

        Secondly, are all grains to be avoided completely, or only the ones
containing gluten? My wife, who is not adopting the paleolithic diet but
is sympathetic, likes to include brown rice as a staple of her (mostly
vegie) diet.
