Some years back there was a lot of discussion on whether cashews were 
paleo. I don't remember it all. Following Neanderthin to be paleo the 
food has to be edible raw. But raw cashews are readily available. Or 
are they not really raw?

I'm looking for a couple sentences on this for a web page I'm working on.
