What source are you relying on for your figures? Your message didn't specify
the caffiene content of green tea according to your source. You only stated
figures for black tea and for coffee.

According to the USFDA, 5 ounces of coffee made by the drip method has 115
mg of caffiene, percolated coffee has 80 mg of caffiene per 5 ounces,
instant coffee has 65 mg of caffiene per 5 ounces, and green tea (brewed)
has 15 mg of caffiene per 5 ounces.

If you eat plenty of meat--including organ meats--you will get plenty of B
vitamins.
