Welcome to the list. I don't believe we get many new members these 
days. Discussion groups have pretty much migrated to the web. But the 
pace of a discussion here will be much faster.

The list was originally set up as a support list for people following 
the Neanderthin book. People here don't follow Loren Cordain's lean 
meat recommendation. Or his tossing of the egg yolks. I consider 
Neanderthin to be the purest of the paleo diet variations. If you can 
gather it or kill it with a stick, and it is edible raw, then it is paleo.

You could start by telling us just what sort of paleo diet you are following.

I do ask that when you reply to a list post that you drastically 
reduce any quoted material from prior posts. This is especially nice 
to the 30% in Digest mode where all the day's posts are strung 
together in one e-mail.
