Just trying to get a working handle on how the chemistry
angle relates to what I really eat :)  I hear on this list
about ratios and percentages etc.  Wanted to be able to
apply it to my own life but didn't have the keys.  Between
you and Lynnet I can now understand how what I eat compares
with what others are saying.  My thanks to both of you!
