I'm A rh+ and 85-95% of my diet consists of meats mostly red. My annual
medical checkups  are very good, feel great.

D'Adamo is also A as I remember so he probably follows his vegetarian diet.
So you cannot trust his theories that much ;)
He has one thing kind of right but confused the cause with the outcome.
He linked behavior to blood type but INM he should link behavior to a diet.
When I was on a vegetarian diet long enough my behavior was similar to the
one he described as a A type. When I'm on a meat based diet my behavior is
very close to his O type.
So he's a victim (rich victim) of his theory.
