Hi PaleoFolks:

We grow big zucchinis in our garden at home, which of course are edible raw.
They have some seeds in them, and I when I grate the zucchinis to saute them
in olive oil I just leave the seeds in, so we are eating them cooked.

I wonder if that is OK, or should I be throwing away the seeds?

I welcome your comments.

Theresa
