Thanks. I will look it up later. I'm afraid it's not that obviouse (look at
Adrianne post).

BTW I found out that my cholesterol levels are the best when I eat only
animal fats, low carbs and control my calorie intake.
When I tried to swap animal fats for olive oil my HDL/LDL ratio suffers.

So to be on a safe side I have no choice I have to stick to animal fats ;)
