Patricia, what is the name of the list and how do we get on it?

And, a question for Hans and other people in Europe, could you tell us a
little bit about horse meat? Like,  have you had it, how much does it cost,
etc. Here in Calif I think they passed a law saying it was illegal  to buy
horse meat for human consumption. I could be wrong. But certainly I have
NEVER seen horse for sale and just wondering what it is like. I do think
aged horses are sold to become pet food. Maybe someone knows more about the
horse and meat industry here and in Europe?
