Distilled vinegar - the clear stuff - is made from grain and
taboo for celiacs.  Cider vinegar comes from apple cider.
There's also basalmic vinegar but I don't know how that is
made.  When wine goes it goes to vinegar also.  Dunno how
paleo these others are but distilled clear vinegar is NOT
paleo for sure :)
