Kim I hear you about the coffee habit.  It is very hard for me to give
up.  I also drink a lot of tea,  both green and regular decaff.   My Dr
told me too much tea can rob your body of iron.  Do I need to worry about
this on the paleo and all the meat and organ meats we eat?
