I, too, have read many conflicting reports on the
subject of the safety of fish. It really seems to
depend on the species of fish, where they were caught,
and at what depth they normally 'reside'.

The question, in my mind, is this. Is eating fish any
more harmful than eating 'store-bought, grain fed,
hormone laden' meat? Given the choice I think I'd take
my chances with the fish - especially if I knew where
it was caught.
