I just bought some coconut oil. Wanted others feedback on research etc on 
it's benefits.
How do you use it. Any good articles...
I tried it and it has no flavor which is nice. I bought a brand at the 
grocery store called Spectrum Organics. They have a website called the same.
I guess I could also buy it in an Asian Market.
