Could be.. thanks for the input!
My symptoms, itchiness, digestive problems and restless leg as well as
bumps on my upper back were symptoms that I had before I went gluten free.
When I started eating meat again, all these symptoms came back. That is why
I tend to lean toward gluten (soy, corn  and dairy too) as culprits.
But you are probably right! I have no problems with wild meats.
