I have to agree with most of that information, especially about
running. You have to be very careful about injuries with running. I do
it because I enjoy it and I enjoy the feeling of control and power it
gives me when my body is strong. Weight lifting is not as rewarding
for me, I don't put on much muscle easily. Runners physique.

Some of the comments struck me as "advertising", they have to
exagerate the case to make a point or to sell their system as different.
