I follow Nautilus protocol-1 set to exhaustion of 8-12 reps, using the
heaviest weight possible while maintaining good form.  I do legs one day and
upper body the next.  Workouts only take about 30 mins. even with 5 min.
warmup on stairmaster.  1 more workout day per week just stairmaster for
15-30 mins for cardio/aerobics.  3 total workout days per week in the gym
(Bally's) and off days at home I do the Egoscue Method "E-cises" for balance
and stretching-10-20 mins. Works for me-Keith Kretschmar, D.C.
