regardign the soaking of nuts and seeds prior to eating....
soaking them (imbibing them with water) and then  letting them sprout
converts some of the indigestible starches into sugars, this occurs by the
production of amylase in the sprouting embryo.  i like sprouted nuts very
much, this also works with sprouted grains and beans...but of course...those
aren't paleo, so...
your choice. I find the sprouting to be delicious and easier to digest.
