Sounds like a good idea, a possible money maker for you if you
set it up.  :--). I suggest one of those exotic game parks in Texas as a
venue, Texas has quite a number I believe, and combining animal
viewing safari for those who can't afford Africa, with hunting for
those of that bent. A nice impala barbeque or zebra roast, and maybe a
few speakers. How about a speaker demonstrating/building primitive
weapons, bow and atlatl for example. Yourself on some specific diet
issue. Hawking/falconry. Flint knapping. Cooking. Lots of
possibilities.
