Yes, the antioxidants probably prevent cancer. The paleolithic diet probably
has the highest levels of antioxidants of any diet (show me one that's
better). Antioxidant supplements on the whole are bullsh**. Although, folic
acid and VitC are good, paleo diets are loaded with them.
If you want to avoid cancer eat paleo. Tamir Katz's website has good info on
this (it's referenced on the paleofood site)
